Richard provides professional service on all real estate matters. His title searches have a quick turn-around, with a 2 business day guarantee for Rhode Island and a 3-4 business day guarantee for other states. Richard can also assist with title examinations and curing any defects associated with titles. Outstanding mortgages, liens and/or executions are cleared from title prior to closing. His office can obtain the necessary payoff figures and hazard insurance binders needed for loan approval.
